You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals. You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hour and a commission pay structures.
 
National Engineering Sales Manager

In this position, you will develop new Engineering staffing prospects and interact with existing Engineering customers nationwide to increase sales of our products and/or services. You will work with recruiters to develop and maintain a flow of qualified Engineering positions for candidate pipelines. You are responsible for managing a designated territory and sales pipeline. You will have access to a CRM and will utilize email and phone to connect with clients. As a sales manager, you will negotiate and finalize client contracts while maintaining profitable margins.

Candidates must have experience in sales and have an understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the Engineering field. We prefer candidates with experience in the staffing industry. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals. You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours and a commission pay structure.

National IT Sales Manager

In this position, you will develop new IT staffing prospects and interact with existing IT customers nationwide to increase sales of our products and/or services. You will work with recruiters to develop and maintain a flow of qualified IT positions for candidate pipelines. You are responsible for managing a designated territory and sales pipeline. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will handle prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the President, VP of Business Development and Sales Managers. You will manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation. We prefer a lead specialist with experience in Human Resources and/or the Talent Acquisition industry.  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. Along with CRM experience, this position requires proficiency in MS Office products. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!  You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours.

National/Local Sales Managers
