In this position, you will develop new Engineering staffing prospects and interact with existing Engineering customers nationwide to increase sales of our products and/or services. You will work with recruiters to develop and maintain a flow of qualified Engineering positions for candidate pipelines. You are responsible for managing a designated territory and sales pipeline. You will have access to a CRM and will utilize email and phone to connect with clients. As a sales manager, you will negotiate and finalize client contracts while maintaining profitable margins.
Candidates must have experience in sales and have an understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the Engineering field. We prefer candidates with experience in the staffing industry. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals. You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours.
