As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will handle prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the President, VP of Business Development and Sales Managers. You will manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation. We prefer a lead specialist with experience in Human Resources and/or the Talent Acquisition industry. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. Along with CRM experience, this position requires proficiency in MS Office products. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours.
