As a virtual recruiter, you will screen, interview and recommend prospective employees for employment. You will work with Sales Managers to maintain a highly qualified candidate pipeline. Recruiters will have the ability to skill market their pipeline to prospective clients. You will extend offers of employment to successful candidates. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals. You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours. We prefer recruiters with experience in the staffing industry or in a related field and that have an understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the industry. Our most successful recruiters are Boolean search savvy and able to pursue passive candidates.
